Based in Sussex, David provides wealth management advice to clients both within the City, and more widely throughout the South of England. He also works regularly from the St. James's Place head office in Knightsbridge, London.
Prior to joining the financial services industry, David studied Law with Accountancy at Brighton University, and has established many working relationships with individuals within this sector due, in part, to the insight and understanding that he has for their specific financial requirements – whether these be personal or corporate.
David is committed to ensuring that his industry knowledge remains relevant and current by placing strong emphasis on personal development, which is why he holds the Chartered Financial Planner, Chartered Investment Manager (FCSI) and the Chartered Wealth Manager (formerly Masters in Wealth Management) qualifications. This, along with the pride and dedication that he places on developing solid personal relationships with clients, ensures that he is able to offer a rounded, professional and principled service.
As a representative of St. James's Place, David’s service is enhanced and complemented by the provision of advice covering the areas of investment planning, Inheritance Tax planning and retirement strategies.
Outside of the business, David is married with two children and has gone from being a keen footballer to a keen watcher of football with his son.
Charity is also important to David who regularly gives to the St. James's Place Charitable Foundation and participates in events.
DJLB Wealth Management Ltd was established by David Baldry upon accepting an invitation to join St. James's Place. He has 10 years of experience from working at an investment firm in Mayfair, London.
